Extreme makeovers, swan beauty pageants, niptuck, botox, vitamin injections. Oh the price of beauty is expensive and disrespectin mother natures works of art. Den again, no ones perfect and mother nature herself makes mistakes sumtimes. The proof........ugliness. Yeah we are all vain and self indulgent. The extreme ones are the narcissists. Self love, exaggerated self consciousness. Every lump, every spot to conceal, every brush of the hair makes a million pixels of differences. Everyone wants to look good. Even if they know they dunt look good, they'll create this folder in their mind, complimenting on them how much good looking they r. but sum will juz try hard wit clothes, either cover the ugly parts, or expose more of it, to think dat people will awe at it. Ugliness...when will it be considered beauty and accepted...(den again ther is actualli a small town in europe wher they'l hold "d most ugliest person" events annually...) is ugliness the opposite of beauty?so much so it cant go anywher close wit beauty.Have you ever been ugly in your life?have u ever dreamt of being ugly?Have u ever had the ambition of being ugly and marrying another ugly person, n make ugly children with ugly names like george and polly?there is a beauty consultant, but will ther ever b an ugly consultant?can an ugly person ever be famous or a celebrity or even a model?.....yes, but they always have to have a strong support. For example, Macy Gray. Sheez uber ugly!Her hair is kewl, but its just not appropriate on her.She doesnt hav a good body, but she tries hard to have one by exposing more of her skin.And her voice, sum say its beautiful, sum says its incorrigible.I say its original.So wats so attractive bout her?YES! Ugliness!
Best Local ugly diva goes to Abigail Chay from local comedy sitcom, Under One Roof, playing as Auntie Abigail.Wher Moses Lim wud go "EEEEEEEEeeeee!" wenever he sees her. I saw her in town, wonddering if sheez a chick or dude.sheez proud to b ugly, n i respect dat..When interviewed, she said, 'A friend once told me, I don't even have to hear you speak - just looking at you makes me laugh!'....well its a fine line between comedy and cruelty.
Then she also quoted, 'It never dawned on me that I'm ugly.
'It doesn't matter if people laugh at my face. It doesn't strip me of my dignity.'

In tribute of Abigail Chay, four young chicks joined forces to form a nu metal band, calling themselves, Syndrome of a Down.
Blasting thru the metal scene in Singapore, overtaking Violet Crush and other metal lords, they top the chart with their hit song "If you looks cool, We Looks Cool".
just like any other local bands in singapore, they do covers too. They performed "Down" by blink 182 and "Down with the sickness" by Drowning Pool at the recent youth park Tsunami Aid Concert and rocked the crowd good..
